She can make any business spark. Venezuelan born and raised, she understands the intricacies of multi-cultural communications, in particular for US-Latin and Latin American audiences. Prior to joining CVOX, Carla developed content for sites such as the Scripps-owned TCpalm.com, as part of the National Association of Hispanic Journalist's Parity Project and was part of the Newspaper Association of America's New Media Challenge, developing a business plan for a mobile application aimed to increase readership and mobile audience. Always having been passionate about the entertainment industry, she worked on strategic integrated campaigns for Universal Music Latin Entertainment, collaborating to create revenue-generating initiatives that partnered brands with artists. Carla also supported the launch of Univision's Mobile app by reviewing content licensing compliance and expanding on vertical business opportunities. More recently, she led the business strategy, compliance and social media integration of the tech start-up Pricewand.com. Carla is an avid networker and is passionate about creating strategic partnerships and powerful synergistic connections.
