Former President Bill Clinton announced that he wants to name University of Miami President Donna Shalala the Chair of the Clinton Foundation. He made the announcement at the opening plenary session of Clinton Global Initiative University hosted at UM on Friday, March 6. Shalala is stepping down from her role of UM President at the end of the academic year.
