The construction of Centennial Village began in 2019 and Phase 1 opened in time for incoming Fall 2024 first-year students to move in. Meanwhile, construction on Phase 2 is ongoing, and UMTV reporter Ariel Weil went behind-the-scenes for an exclusive tour of the progress.
